A little update blog from yesterday's post.

As of yesterday, as posted, I'm no longer partnered with the Maker Gen network after 2 years with them. Luckily, my plan came into fruition as I've had my sights set on joining Freedom since I had wanted out of Maker Gen. Before I left for work last night, I sent in my channel application to Freedom to hop aboard to their network and I got a pair of reply emails earlier this morning that said the network has accepted my application into their network...

As of today, 10/29/14, I'm no longer under contract with Maker Gen/RPM Network/Maker Studios on my main channel. After 2 years under their network, I'm free. The weird thing is, I wasn't really given a notice that I'd be out of the contract.

I emailed support 1 1/2 - 2 months ago about wanting out, told them I changed my mind after they offered me a 70-30 ad revenue split increase, and then I'm out as of today. I didn't find out that I was out of their network until I checked my channel and no...
