By George, I think I've got it!
People know my views have been down pretty significantly since May and it hasn't been figured out why. Maker Gen has told me it must be some sort of glitch, either with the View Count Display or on YouTube's end, which I still say is possible. I just went on my channel today and found something that TRULY stands out right now that might be a BIG reason why my videos have been having low views lately.
I went to my Homepage a little bit ago and my latest videos showed in the "Uploads" Section of my homepage, as expected. When I went to my Videos tab, something changed. I've uploaded a couple of Double Z TV episodes this past week, which show in my Uploads section of the homepage. HOWEVER, the latest episodes didn't show at all in the Videos tab of my channel. I checked my videos and they're all under the same Syndication setting, which is to be available to view on all devices rather than on just MONETIZED platforms. BUT, the latest Double Z TV episodes aren't appearing on the Videos Tab area of my channel for some unknown reason (proof shown in the screenshots below).
THIS I feel is a special factor that can be playing into why my videos have been getting low views over the last 6+ months. I don't think it's a Sub Box issue, as I've seen my videos in my sub feed on my other 2 channels. If someone is checking out my channel or is coming back to my channel to see my latest uploads, they might not be viewing all of my videos since not all of them are showing up on my Video tab on my channel. THIS might be one of the reasons for the low views, but we'll see how things go.
As I've said before, you know there's an issue when someone's channel grows in subscribers and yet has low views, which is crazy. So 2 possible things are going on here that are contributing to the low views: Possible glitch that is not accurately counting the views and videos not appearing on my Videos tab. Not sure if a Sub Box issue is happening, as I haven't seen that from my other 2 channels and nobody has come forth with having that issue of my videos not appearing in their Subscription Feeds.
